Xerox to offer DMS & MPS across non-Xerox devices too

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Xerox has expanded its document management services portfolio in India and announced multi-vendor fleet management services- a ‘first of its kind’ service in the industry.

Xerox India now has the capability and capacity to offer Document Management Services(DMS) and Managed Print Services(MPS) across multi-brand printing devices at customer locations spread across India.

Multi-vendor fleet services from Xerox India will provide organizations with an option of getting most out of their existing assets while moving ahead on their MPS journey.

“This new capability gives us the opportunity to reach out to a larger base of enterprise and SME’s across the country who are currently on non-Xerox equipment and devices. Furthermore this service will be a boon for CIOs and IT Managers as they do not need to worry on replacing their existing assets and IT infrastructure for deployment of MPS,” said Sushant Dwivedy, Director - Global Document Outsourcing at Xerox India.
