When is your ‘Free’ Reliance Jio 4G mobile phone arriving?

For all of you, who pre-booked their 'Free’ Reliance Jio 4G mobile phone on August 24, your wait will soon be over as the delivery of your much-awaited 4G mobile phone will begin with the onset of coming festive season i.e. Navratri.

Yes, you read that right, the delivery of the first batch of Jio 4G mobile phone is expected to commence from the last week of September, which also coincides with Navratri and Durga Puja. The handsets could be collected from local Reliance Jio stores near your place. The intimation will be done via SMS.

Once the deliveries start, you could also check your delivery status by clicking on the MyJio app. After tapping on the Manage Booking option, provide your registered phone number and OTP. It will then show the delivery date for your 4G mobile handset.

You can also call 1800-890-8900 from your registered mobile number to know the status of your pre-booked handset.

For those who couldn't pre-book the device, you might soon get another chance to do so during the upcoming festive season, when pre-bookings are likely to start once again. Reliance Jio reportedly received 6 million Jio Phone bookings in a day.

Reliance Jio’s ‘Rs 0’ phone can be pre-booked at all Reliance Jio stores and at the company’s authorized Jio stores across the country. It can also be pre-booked using the company’s MyJio app. Reliance Jio 4G mobile phone will provide unlimited voice calls and data at Rs 153 per month. The device comes pre-loaded with the Jio suite of apps for messaging, entertainment, etc. especially Jio TV which features more than 400 live TV channels.
