WhatsApp could soon let you revoke or edit sent messages

Remember those times when you sent out right messages to wrong contacts in your WhatsApp. Think about your boss or parents. WhatsApp has finally heard the plea of users and is planning to introduce the much-needed feature to recall sent messages before they’re read by the receiver.

This feature will definitely prove to be a lifesaver for many, we can see it.

According to the video, iPhone WhatsApp beta app users will receive ‘revoke’ feature in the menu. Tapping the same will revoke the message and make it disappear it from the chat window. Simple!

According to WABetaInfo, the Facebook-owned company is also planning to add 'edit' feature. So if you have made any typing error in your sent out messages, you will be given the option to edit the typos and resend the message.
