Vodafone India has announced a partnership with itel Mobile to launch itel A20 4G smartphone at an effective price of Rs 1,590. The new itel A20 smartphone will be available in India for a down payment of Rs 3,690. Under the offer, Vodafone will offer a cashback of Rs 2,100 to A20 customers bringing down the price to just Rs 1,590. The bundled offer can only be availed up to March 31, 2018, by Vodafone India subscribers.
To avail, the cashback, itel A20 users will have to recharge with Rs 150 or more in a calendar month for consecutive 18 months. The recharge can be done either cumulatively or as a one-time recharge. At the end of 18 months, customers will receive a cashback of Rs 900. Upon continuing to recharge Rs 150 per month, customers can enjoy an additional cashback of Rs 1,200 after another 18 months. The cashback will be generated through the M-Pesa wallet and can be used to recharge, pay bills, transfer money, or withdraw cash.
In terms of specifications, itel A20 features a 4-inch WVGA display, and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core SoC paired with 1GB RAM. There is an 8GB internal memory on offer. itel A20 comes with a 1,500mAh battery and runs Android 7.0 Nougat out-of-the-box. For photography, there is a 2-megapixel camera with LED flash at the back, and a VGA camera up front.
