But now, Uber Essential riders in Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Nashik, Mumbai and Hyderabad can ride on Uber.

- Track the driver: You’ll see your driver’s picture and vehicle details and can track their arrival on the map.
What is in it for users?
This limited mobility solution provides transportation facilities for riders to essential service locations such as hospitals, pharmacies and grocery stores. The mobility will be subject to permission and approval by local authorities. Uber is undertaking all precautionary measures, as advised by public health authorities.
Uber Essential driver-partners are being provided masks, gloves, sanitisers and safety training. Local law enforcement authorities have issued curfew passes to drivers to ensure seamless movement to essential service locations.
