Following the increasing demand for live streaming videos, Twitter now allows selected partners on Twitter and Periscope can watch a 360-degree live video.
"When you see a video marked with a LIVE 360 badge, you can interact with it to change what you see by moving your phone or swiping the screen – all while watching live," said Twitter. On the desktop, you can click and drag around on the screen to rotate the camera.
While Twitter and Periscope is launching the feature to selected partners, the social media giant, Facebook is also testing 360-degree live video broadcasts on Facebook Live.
Hence, we can expect more features from Twitter, that it will launch to stand against the Goliath, we mean Facebook.
