NEW DELHI, INDIA: In its bid to aid Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Jan Dhan Yojana, Oxigen Services has launched Super PoS device.
The Pos features a micro ATM as per UIDAI/NPCI specifications, biometric reader for Aadhaar transactions and e-KYC, and an attractive color display. It also has in-built NFC; tap and pay and debit & credit card acceptance (Rupay / VISA /Master Card both magnetic swipe & SmartCard) facility.
Super POS is certified to global payment standards for cards including EMV L1/L2 & PCI 3.0 and has GPRS with a Sim Card Slot and 2 Smart Card slots. For connectivity, it supports LAN and Wi-Fi options and also has a built-in printer for customer receipts.
The device supports external full computer keyboard through USB and offers battery back-up of up to 8 hours continuous operation. It also supports wide power supply fluctuation in extreme Indian conditions 90 volts to 290 Volts AC input and has an extended antenna for working in poor coverage conditions. It comes with Bharat Bill payments systems (a recharge and bill payment application) pre-installed. It is enabled with Linux software for easy development of applications.
