The official launch for OnePlus 6 is still months away but the leaks and rumours about the smartphone are already creating a lot of buzz. In the latest leak, the supposed OnePlus 6 has been spotted with an edge-to-edge display and an iPhone X-like notch on top.
Chinese technology blog ITHome posted snapshots of what is claimed to be the yet-to-be-launched OnePlus 6 flagship smartphone. From the images, the next OnePlus flagship will come with an even bigger edge-to-edge display than the OnePlus 5T. In fact, OnePlus 6 is also expected to carry an iPhone X like notch at the top, possibly for the front camera and Face Unlock sensor. At the back, the OnePlus 6 might sport a vertical dual camera setup. Right beneath it will be the fingerprint sensor and a OnePlus logo.
The report suggests the supposed OnePlus 6 - with model number P7819 - will come with specifications such as 6GB RAM, 64GB inbuilt storage, and Android 8.1 Oreo. Given the history of the previous OnePlus devices, the phone might be powered by latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset.
OnePlus CEO Pete Lau had confirmed in January that the company's next flagship would be launched in the latter part of Q2 2018, which suggests the phone might be launched before June end.
