Ola cabs have partnered with online travel and e-commerce company Via.com to integrate cab booking interface for its more than 75,000 customers, including travel agents. The integration will give Ola customers access to availability, booking, estimation and tracking across categories, directly on the Via.Com app and website.
“The partnership with Ola will not only help in solving on-road transportation needs of individual users but will also help travel agents deliver a complete experience for their customers through the Via platform,” said Swaminathan Vedaranyam, Chief Executive Officer, VIA, in a statement.
For Via.com, this means that the website will now provide comprehensive travel solution that allows a complete range of service from flights and hotel bookings to cab bookings for local as well as outstation mobility needs directly on the Via.com app and website.
