After the launch of Nokia 7 in China, HMD Global is now gearing up to unveil its new smartphone- Nokia 9. Though the company has not revealed any details about the launch as yet, a new live image of the Nokia 9 has surfaced online, which shows the rear panel details of the device.
According to suomimobiili.fi, the Nokia 9 will have a glass black cover just like Nokia 7. The image confirms the presence of dual-camera setup, as well as the positioning of the fingerprint sensor. The LED flash will be placed on the right-hand side of the camera. It is worth noting that the leaked picture is in-line with previous renders that we have seen so far. Below the camera set up and LED flash will be the Nokia brand logo as seen on other Nokia mobiles like the Nokia 8, Nokia 6, Nokia 3 and Nokia 5.
The leaked image doesn’t show top and bottom of the phone, but it is rumored that the Nokia 9 will ditch the 3.5mm jack in favor of a USB Type-C port. The device is also expected to support wireless charging.
Rumors also suggest that the Nokia 9 could come with either 6GB or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It is also expected to feature IP68 rating for water and dust resistance. The smartphone is also likely to feature a dual-lens ZEISS camera.
Nokia 9 is said to be the most expensive Nokia phone. The smartphone is likely to cost 749 Euros (roughly Rs 57,300).
