Joining the existing line of Moto E devices, Motorola has launched its budget-friendly and feature-packed Moto C Plus smartphone in India for Rs 6, 999. Moto C plus, a Flipkart exclusive device will go on a limited period sale at noon today.
Available in black, white and gold colour options, the Moto C Plus sports a micro-textured back panel and a vivid 5-inch HD IPS display, with 720×1280 pixels screen resolution. It measures 144×72.3×10 mm and weighs 162 grammes, sporting the iconic Moto design aesthetic.
It runs on a 1.35Ghz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 chipset. It has 2GB RAM along with 16GB onboard storage, which can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD Slot.
The smartphone is beefed up with 4,000 mAh removable battery with Rapid Charger for fast charging, which is one of the USPs of this smartphone. Sudin Mathur, Managing Director, Motorola India, said, "The software experience like Google Assistant that this phone features blended with its hardware and powerful battery are the strength of this phone."
On the camera front, the Moto C Plus includes an 8-megapixel rear camera lens with f/2.2 aperture, autofocus, 71-degree field of view and a LED flash. The selfie camera, on the other hand, is a measly 2-megapixel lens and boasts of the inclusion of a LED flash.
