Micromax will be launching it's In series in India on November 3. The company has confirmed the launch date via a video which showed a cup of tea with the message ‘Aao Karein Cheeni Kum’. Founder Rahul Sharma also teased the upcoming series on the company's social media handles. As of now, we don't know the name of the first smartphone in the upcoming series. But as per rumours, it might be "in 1A".

Features of the phone
A list of features from The Mobile Indian states that both the "in" smartphones will come with MediaTek chipsets. They will have MediaTek Helio G35 and G85 processors. Also, they will feature a 6.5-inch HD+ display and come in two variants - 2GB RAM with 32GB storage and 3GB RAM with 32GB storage. It will also have a 5000mAh battery and will run out-of-the-box Android 10.
It might have a price between Rs 7000 to Rs 15,000. With this, Micromax will compete with the likes of Xiaomi, Realme, and Samsung budget phones. Micromax is also promoting upcoming smartphones using hashtags #IndiaKeLiye #BigAnnouncement #MicromaxIsBack #AatmanirbharBharat to support the AtmaNirbhar initiative by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The Micromax phones are exploiting out of the Anti-China sentiments. The company presently has manufacturing facilities at two locations -- Bhiwadi and Hyderabad. It also has a capacity of producing over 20 lakh phones per month. The brand is also working on strengthening its already established retail and distribution network. Currently, the company has a retail presence in the form of more than 10,000 outlets and over 1,000 service centres.
