Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI) has announced the acquisition of Cuelogic Technologies. The 11-year-old company has built capabilities in digital engineering. It primarily focuses on developing cloud-native web and mobile applications, modernization. It also runs Innovation Lab as a service for its clients in the USA and India. Cuelogic works with enterprise clients on multiple facets of digitalization. This includes UX Consulting, DevOps, AI Consulting, IoT, Applications Modernization, Cloud Architecture & Integration.
Digital Engineering's a significant market opportunity, LTI said in a statement. This acquisition will provide instant access to a fast-growing business with an impressive client roster, the company added. With this acquisition, LTI will also add more than 300 employees of Cuelogic.
LTI will integrate Cuelogic with its Digital Practice.

This is the seventh acquisition by Larsen & Toubro Infotech since the company's listing in 2016. Earlier acquisitions have bolstered the company's expertise around data & analytics, cloud consulting, intelligent automation, and industry-specific platforms.
