InterGlobe Technologies (IGT) announced its global delivery center in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, further expanding its global operations and strengthening its sustained growth in Asia. With an initial team of 200+ travel experts, IGT will leverage the highly skilled, multi-lingual capabilities available in the region, to deliver seamless, omnichannel reservations and customer service for the global travel industry.
IGT, an industry leader with over 10,000+ travel expert and part of InterGlobe Enterprises, is headquartered in Gurgaon, India. The decision to set up its global delivery center in the Kuala Lumpur is based on the excellent infrastructure, big multi-lingual talent pool, supportive government policies and connectivity with the rest of the world.

He further added the center will provide digital contact center services and solutions. It will support customer experience services such as reservations and bookings, back-office processing and multi-lingual customer service among others for IGT‟s global travel and hospitality clients.
InterGlobe Technologies focused efforts have centered on elevating its global credentials with key market expansions. The Kuala Lumpur delivery center launch follows closely IGT‟s strategic center launch in Bogota, Colombia driving significant efficiencies of scale. IGT also recently was ranked "Leader" for Customer Experience in Travel, Transport & Hospitality by the NelsonHall NEAT report 2018.
