Instead of using Layout app, Instagram users might get the ability to post multiple photos and videos in a single post.
The much-awaited feature was first spotted by the Droid-Life, where the report says that the latest beta version of Instagram for Android "appears to be testing the ability to showcase multiple photos in a single post."
The feature which was available to advertisers since March 2015 will help you to add up to 10 photos or videos when you long-press on a photo while making a new post. Users will able to enjoy separate filters and edits for each photo. These photos later will be posted as a gallery.
The company is yet to confirm the reports.

Though the feature is yet to be rolled out, you can get an idea of the feature from its parent company, Facebook. Just like you swipe horizontally on the multi-photos post of your Facebook timeline, you will be able to view the photos gallery posted on Instagram. As of now, the promoted post on Instagram brings the same interface on your mobile screen.
