Inkers deploys Ai Enabled Face recognition Cameras at Mistral for AMS and employee productivity

Inkers, an AI start up, revolutionizes the HR experience to a newer level, with successful deployment of Face recognition system at Mistral, one of the leading system engineering company, based out of Bangalore, for employee attendance and enhancing engagement/productivity.

Under the Inkers AI deployment, employees at Mistral are on boarded using Face Recognition system. The application uses FR for automatic attendance, which enrolls the unique and permanent facial fine points of employees and records them in the database as stencils. Once the enrollment process is complete, you just need to look at the camera to verify your identity and the face recognition attendance system, automatically marks your attendance on your behalf.

On the other hand, the FR system, also predicts productivity of the employees, and based on historical data actual man-hours available for the project can be projected.
