Hiver has appointed Meena Kumari R as its Chief People Officer (CPO). She comes with over 15 years of experience across various technology/product companies and SaaS startups.
Based in Bengaluru, Meena’s areas of expertise include building and developing a fully remote and globally distributed team. She is a digital transformation champion instrumental in creating a culture of collaboration and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. Meena has a successful track record of coaching in the areas of transformational leadership, team building, and change management, with proven success in intercultural communication.
Prior to joining Hiver, Meena was heading the Global Human Resources function at Airmeet. She has also led the people to function at Circles. Life and also was the head HRBP at Capillary Technologies, managing their global HR portfolio.
Meena is the founder of a global HR community, The HR Folks. She has also been recognised as the ETHR Emerging Young Leader 2022, HR 40 under 40.
In her new role, she will lead HR strategies that will help Hiver expand its workforce across the globe. This hiring move strengthens Hiver's leadership team, enabling the eleven-year-old SaaS company to grow exponentially.
