Google announced earlier this year that it would finally give Sites a full overhaul. Launched in 2008, Google Sites is used to build websites without the need to know HTML, CSS or any other programming language.

With the latest update, you can easily insert documents from Google Docs, Slides, Sheets and the rest of the G Suite tools into any site. Google has allowed users to track site performance with Google Analytics.

Google said, "Using the same technology as Google Docs, the new Sites bring real-time, multi-user co-authoring so the whole team can add and update a project site."

Google Sites now also has more themes to offer and users can choose any of the six different looks to make the website just perfect.

According to TechCrunch, "any pages, you create in Sites will also automatically scale according to the screen size you are using — and its preview mode makes it easy to see what a site will look like on a phone, tablet, and desktop."

Admins can also choose whether users are able to publish to the web or only able to make their pages available to users on their own domain.

Furthermore, Google has also promised to keep on adding and enhancing the capabilities of its website building platform.

G Suite users can get started with the new Sites now.
