Well, you could call it Google's annual summer sale that was launched this past weekend. The sale applies to all movies in the Play Store, including recent hits like Power Rangers and Get Out that you can temporarily rent for $0.99 each. Elsewhere Google Play Store is also offering 50 percent discounts on subscriptions for numerous services such as Peak, Memrise, Runtastic and The New York Times. You'll need to subscribe to a year of service to get the savings.
