BANGALORE, INDIA: Do you know where India wants to work?
The name might surprise you. It is not any MNC like Google, Facebook or Amazon.
The LinkedIn data shows that Flipkart has topped the list top 25 companies in India for attracting and keeping top talent. The second and third positions are held by Amazon and Capgemini. Google is in the fourth position.
Besides Flipkart, the other Indian startups and Internet companies in the list are Housing.com (9th), Ola (10th), Snapdeal (11th), OYO (16th), MakeMyTrip (22nd) and Zomato (25th).
LinkedIn compiled the list by tracking hiring activity, job applications and employee engagement of the companies with over 500 employees in the last 12 months ending in February. By the way, LinkedIn has kept itself aside from this analysis.
