Facebook has launched a new feature called "Lists". As per a TechCrunch report, the feature allows users to make a list of various things including New Year's resolution, daily to-do things, restaurants to try, travel ideas and many more. The list can also be decorated by adding a colored background and emojis to make them more expressive.

The new feature appears as a part of the "What's on your mind?" box as another option alongside things like Polls, Feeling/Activity, Photo/Video, Check In, GIF, and other items. Once there, tap “Add to your post” (on mobile) and if you have Lists, it will be among the other selections like “Ask for Recommendations” and “Answer a Question.”

The new feature allows the user's friends to copy a list and share opinions on the subject mentioned in the list. The Lists feature is part of Zuckerberg's initiative to create "more meaningful social interactions" on Facebook.

Facebook says the feature is rolled out now. However, while iOS users will be able to see others' lists, only Android users will be able to create them for now. There's no word yet on when the feature will come to iOS.
