MUMBAI, INDIA: Military forces, government agencies and private defense contractors are expected to spend over $10 billion on cyber security in 2015.
According to new study by ABI Research, the money will be used in custom designed malware, military cyber command units, covert surveillance programs and the acquisition of zero-day vulnerabilities and exploits.
“Cyber offensive operations, leveraging malware campaigns, are the driving force behind advanced persistent threats,” said Michela Menting, Digital Security Research Director, ABI Research.
