ClearTax launches e-signature solution for businesses

BANGALORE, INDIA: The tax e-filing and compliance platform, ClearTax has launched an all-purpose Digital Signature Certificate tool to help businesses sign, send, track, and archive several thousands of documents within minutes.

Companies are required to handle, on an almost daily basis, several legally enforceable documents related to GST, SEBI, hiring, accounting, etc. where signatures are mandatory under the law.
