Byju's is looking for passionate fresh graduates to apply for the role of a Business Development Associate. This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment.
As a BDA in BYJU’S, you will connect with potential customers, set up meetings, counsel the students on the Byju's unique way of learning and assist them to become premium subscribers. With this job, you will start your journey at Byju's as an individual contributor working in a team to introduce and showcase the unique way in which the app helps students learn better. You will also be responsible for mentoring these students and will play a role in their learning journey. Your key role will be to connect with students and parents across the country (depending on your zone) and explain to them in person, about the apps and how it will help the student learn not just for exams, but much beyond.
Salary
For Direct Sales, 10 LPA (7 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable)
For Inside Sales, 8 LPA (5 LPA Fixed + 3 LPA Variable)
Working Days: Wednesday to Sunday (Week off on Monday and Tuesday). Further, there us bi-monthly incentive roll out and Incentive trips and incentive bonuses for top performers.
Eligibility
Any Graduation degree completed in or before 2020. The candidate must also wish to build a career in the sales domain. Further, the following traits will be a plus.

• Prior experience in sales and business development is an add-on
• Good grasp of the school curriculum and learning
