PUBG Spin-off for the Indian market, Battlegrounds Mobile India is a battle royale experience. Developed by Krafton, the game will offer a world-class AAA multiplayer gaming experience on mobile. When the company announced the launch in May, it stated that users will receive a pre-registration period before the launch. In June, Krafton announced the Battlegrounds Mobile India or BGMI Early Access for players in India via the Google Play Store. The option, available on a first-come-first-serve basis, is available on Google Play Store. But there has been no official notification of BGMI Early Access for iOS.
BGMI Early Access for iOS Users
All the release dates that have appeared online regarding the BGMI Early Acces for iOS or launch for the platform aren’t accurate, reported SportsKeeda. Krafton is yet to announce the exact dates as of now. Krafton, on the matter, states, “We will keep our fans informed on further developments. New updates will be released on our official website and social networks, so please stay tuned for further news!”
The developers are currently working on some improvements to the app. The beta test mode that opened for early access, invited comments, suggestions and improvements from players all over. Only after the final beta testing, would the game launch officially. Thus, popular Indian gamers have suggested that iOS users will have to wait for a couple of weeks. Still, many are hopeful for a launch or at least BGMI Early Access for iOS after July 15.

Privacy issues in the news
An IGN report revealed that the app sends data to Chinese servers. Quoting sources and cross-checking it using a data packet sniffer app, the report revealed that the company sends data to many Chinese Servers, including one of Tencent. PUBG Mobile in India was the flagship product born out of a partnership between Krafton and Tencent.
The report further added, “IGN India readers reached out on condition of anonymity stating that data sent and received by the Battlegrounds Mobile India APK are from China Mobile Communications servers in Beijing, the Tencent-run Proxima Beta in Hong Kong, as well as Microsoft Azure servers located in the US, Mumbai, and Moscow”. Now, many politicians are demanding a complete ban on the game again.
The company, in return, justified the fact that they use third party services. It further added that the BGMI privacy policy fully discloses that the app may transfer some user data; with user’ consent to the privacy policy and choosing to migrate their accounts.
