Supported by non-Apple or Android devices as well, the new Beats X carry Apple's W1 chip that will enable smooth pairing with iOS and MAC devices. The wireless earbuds also have a built-in battery, which can support the earbuds for 8 hours, claims the company. The main highlight is its “Fast Fuel” feature that gives up to 2 hours of backup after 5 minutes of charge.

"The earbuds come with unique flex-form cable that provides all-day comfort and easy pocket portability, while ear tip options provide a personalised fit and secure fit wingtips offer added stability," Apple said in a statement.

The earbuds also have an onboard microphone and a button that allows users to take calls, control music or even activate Siri. However, these earbuds are not sweat-proof. In case you're planning for a long hours work-out session with uplifting music, you better use Apple's other devices like Solo3 or Powerbeats3.
