Apple is going to celebrate India's 70th Independence Day by offering 95 percent off on selected games and apps. Yes, we will definitely make the calculations for you, "long weekend + 95 percent discount = jamboree"

Apple will be highlighting 15 home-grown games and apps which include both free and paid games and apps with exclusive offers ahead of India’s Independence Day on August 15.

The list includes everything from lifestyle and fashion-focused apps to news, business, social networking and gaming apps. And with Apple's 95 percent off the price might drop down to Rs 10 per game.

Following is the list of interesting games and apps made in India:

InShorts (free): In the likes of Twitter, InShorts is a news app that selects latest and best news from multiple sources and summarizes them to present in a short and crisp 60 words or less format, personalized for you, in both, English or Hindi.

Think (free): Think is a minimalistic, beautifully designed visual puzzle game designed for the iOS 9+ experience. Think attempts to slowly teach the player to think visually and uses these learnings to construct more complicated ideas further into the game.

The Light Inside Us (Rs 10): The Light Inside Us is an abstract action game set in an isometric world where light is sentient. You control a body made up of small particles which are the children of light, and you must guide them through a strange and tough world to reunite them with their mother.

Stay, Mum (Rs 10): Stay, Mum is an narrative puzzle about John, a young boy with an extraordinary imagination and his mother, which will let you the bittersweet relationship of John and his mother.

Recently, the tech giant announced its app design and development accelerator in Bengaluru.
