AllTap App: Pine Labs introduces 'Tap and Pay' Feature to accelerate digital adoption

Pine Labs is one of Asia's leading merchant commerce platform. The startup, today launched AllTap app to significantly accelerate digital payments adoption in India. Pine Labs AllTap app will allow small merchants to immediately start accepting digital payments on their NFC-enabled smartphone. Thus, they won't need any additional hardware. The ‘tap and pay’ feature within the app works well and secure, state PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC), RuPay, Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

The ongoing pandemic propelled the adoption of digital payments in India. But digitization has still not reached many small entrepreneurs. According to Pine Labs, they aim to reach this key segment especially small merchants, home entrepreneurs, street vendors, hawkers, cab drivers. Their market aim is to reach those who are not ready to invest in a traditional point-of-sale (PoS) terminal to accept digital payments.
