5 best features from Among Us first update

The new Among Us update is something that we all have been waiting for a long time. Especially after the last server update, the game became less buggy, and now when we play the game, it has these new features that are small, yet stealing the show.

Without taking much time on background information, let's delve into the new update; what the developers call "Small Patch and Small Roadmap". Here are the 5 things, that I loved while playing the game. But after everything, let's not forget that the team comprises of three people. And it will take time for it to pass the best of our expectations.

Best features in Among Us Update

1. Added Anonymous Voting option

Players now will be able to vote anonymously in the game. Before this, we could see who voted out whom but that is changing now. It even helped in finding potential "sus", but this is going to bring a whole new dimension to the game. Now the votes in Among Us will look grey to hide who voted whom.

2. Added Task Bar Modes

So what happened? There are three modes in the green bar displayed on the top left corner. The always mode works like normal, the Meeting mode only updates the bar during meetings, while the Invisible mode removes the taskbar entirely. As an imposter, it was tough to hide in plain sight; as a crewmate, we could check who was "fake-tasking". I love being an imposter, so this feature is a real winner.

3. Added symbols to fix wires task

I am not colour-blind, but I sympathise with people who are. So, this is going to be a game-changer for crewmates. It’s great to see the devs realizing how big the game now is that they have added symbols to wires.

4. Sabotage comms in MiraHQ, security log gets cleared

Now if an impostor sabotages the comms in the game the security logs will also be cleared. But crewmates don't need to worry, you can still catch the imposter, it will just take longer.

5. Merch store!!

Okay, so I know this not a part of the game update. But Among us goodies? Yay! Tshirts, mugs (oh my heart <3), clocks, blankets and bags; everything is super cool!

There's a lot that you can expect in the future from Among Us, as stated by Innersloth devs. The game is just going to get better.
