Google Cloud and Mogi IO to provide next-gen media solution

Google Cloud announced that Mogi IO, an AI-based media tech startup, has selected Google Cloud as its preferred cloud partner to accelerate its growth and provide solutions that will enable it to offer next-generation media delivery solutions to customers and build the media company of the future.

Mogi IO offers solutions in three categories – video tech, image tech and white-label OTT (over-the-top) platform.  This partnership will strengthen Mogi’s capabilities to deliver high-quality, low latency content and enhance their customer experience.

Migrating to Google Cloud’s infrastructure will help Mogi IO benefit from having reliable scalability, robustness and provide security during increase in viewership spikes and help them provide traffic stability.

Google Cloud will also help Mogi IO remove operational complexities and modernize its technical and production systems and help them handle complexity, scale and data.

Fortifying Mogi IO’s business will also be Google Cloud’s high-performance private network, Cloud CDN which supports modern protocols and improves site performance for mobile users and/or users in emerging markets and optimize for last-mile performance.

Cloud CDN is also integrated with Cloud Monitoring and Cloud Logging, providing detailed latency metrics, as well as raw HTTP request logs for deeper visibility.

“As the demand for video streaming is overtaking the content distribution network capacity, it becomes extremely critical to have top notch partnerships for infrastructure support. We are also on track to joining the Google Cloud Partner Advantage program and making our offering available globally, on Google Cloud Marketplace next year,” said Vikrant Khanna, CEO, Mogi IO.

In due course, Mogi IO also plans to use Google Cloud's advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) tools to unlock customer insights to develop new value-added offerings and enhance user experience for its rapidly growing customer base across the world.
