Mr. Sushant Dwivedy is currently the Director for Microsoft Business Solutions at Microsoft India. As the business head he is responsible for strategizing and managing the Microsoft Dynamics portfolio - Microsoft’s umbrella brand for its solutions for the enterprise and the SMB segment in India. In his role, Sushant is responsible for growing Microsoft’s Business Solutions business and also drives strategic alliances in this area.

Prior to assuming this position Sushant has in his nine years at Microsoft has covered roles in sales, marketing and channel management. His passion for business applications roots from his experience as Program Manager – Independent Software Vendor where he worked extensively with the ISVs and solution partners in India.

Before joining Microsoft in 1998 Sushant has worked with companies such as Wipro and NCR with a focus on Business Development and Channel Management. He carries domain experience in banking with his experience at NCR in the Payment Systems Business and while managing the banking vertical at Microsoft.

Sushant has been with the IT industry for over sixteen years and has a rich experience in channel management and solution sales and marketing. He is an engineer in Electronics and Communication from Osmania University and has completed his management education with specialization in Marketing and Systems from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.
