Dear MC Afee, I have spent hours on the COMPUTER in chat. I am still getting messages that I have been infected by potentially unwanted programs, but all scans show I am free of viruses. also, it shows an other computer is logged on to our site, but we only have one computer. We are hooked onto cable (Road Runner) service. We are not wireless. Also when I go to fix my problem I cant use the 3rd step given in your virus removal program. Ive tried to use the gold service virus removal and couldnt access it. this does not bode well with me. When Im given a number to call for phone service removal Im given a 900 # that my cell phone or land line cant access. You tell me what to do. All you do is direct me to a site where I can scan my machine then talk to tech support. They refer me to virus removal service. It is a vicious cycle . NO SATISFACTION! TOTAL RIPOFF
