BANGALORE, INDIA: Wipro Infotech, the India, Middle East and Asia Pacific IT Business Unit of Wipro Ltd, today launched its Performance series of desktops based on Intel's Quad Core Processors.

Based on Intel's Core Micro architecture, the Intel Quad Core processors deliver four complete execution cores within a single processor.

This range of processors enables desktops to deliver unprecedented performance in multi-tasking and multi-threaded business environments, Wipro said in a statement.
