MINNEAPOLIS: Digital River, Inc., a provider of global e-commerce solutions, announced that it signed a new e-commerce agreement with Ubisoft, a leading producer, publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment products.

Under the agreement, Digital River will be providing global e-commerce services to power stores throughout the U.S. and Europe that will support online consumer sales and digital downloads of Ubisoft's popular brands, including Assassin's Creed and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell, says a press release.
